Trusting God’s sovereignty and His foreknowledge is the beginning of joy and contentment. The alternative to fearing God is to look at life from rose-colored glasses. Not fearing God means that you place full confidence in your own ability plus a lot of luck to manage your existence.
How do you prepare for worship at the Sunday Gathering? Do you come into God’s presence thoughtfully and cautiously? Or do you “draw near” offering “the sacrifice of fools”?
Worshiping God is the most profound ministry of the church. Therefore, we must “watch our step”, be thoughtful and cautious when we enter God’s presence. Worship that lacks obedient faith is “the sacrifice of fools.”
